Reflecting with Best Friend – Group Therapy?

In this day and age, it has become very tough to get enough “face” time with friends. Or even a phone call. Or even an email. Usually it’s just a text, a facebook comment, a tweet, a Foursquare check-in.

Jo and I have been friends for a while – and I have to say, we always have the best talks. We reflect on work, life, goals, movies, self-help, love, people, change, activities, and many more things. Both of us make a conscious effort to get together. Even if it’s just for an hour. She is a psychologist, so our “sessions” are especially beneficial to me. 😉 So, the purpose of this post is to reflect on how important quality time with friends really is. Now, here is to that girls night in on November 4th! 🙂
