Accept- I have accepted all the challenges and victories presented to me today as a gift.

Be mindful – many times throughout the day, I have exercised mindfulness. What a great feeling!

Be creative – I have created a board for my students to use as a writing prompt in a few weeks.

Be grateful – I am grateful for so many things… If I have to list 3: the beautiful weather, a great book, and the love of my husband.

Be in nature – I have hiked the Great Swamp today, right after school. Fall beauty at its best!
